Aldona Skučaitė

Biography

I am graduate of Vilnius University with major in mathematics. I also hold PhD degree in (actuarial) mathematics. For almost ten years I was employed as actuary in a couple of Lithuanian insurance companies. In 2006 I moved to academic field and currently my main activity is lecturing at Vilnius University as well as Vilnius International Higher School of Law and Business. Besides teaching and academic work I actively participate in international academic events, such as Erasmus visits, seminars and conferences. My hobbies - orienteering sport, hiking and bicycling.
